Sniff Radar is intended to support community-based pet safety and recovery. You agree to:
You may submit photos, pet details, profile information, messages, and other content through Sniff Radar.
You represent and warrant that you own that content or have all rights and permissions necessary to submit it and to allow Sniff Radar to use it as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
By submitting content to Sniff Radar, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, adapt for technical purposes, display, distribute, and otherwise use that content as needed to operate, improve, promote, secure, and provide the service.
You may not post or transmit content that is false, misleading, unlawful, defamatory, abusive, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, fraudulent, spam-related, or infringing on another personâs intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
You may not impersonate another person, misuse emergency-style pet alerts, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use Sniff Radar in a way that could harm users, animals, or the community.
Sniff Radar may review, remove, refuse, limit, or disable access to content or accounts when we believe doing so is necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, reduce risk, or preserve the integrity of the service.
We may investigate reports, preserve relevant records, cooperate with law enforcement when appropriate, and suspend or deactivate accounts for repeated or serious violations.
Sniff Radar is a platform for community help. We are not responsible for interactions between users.

You are solely responsible for the content you post, the accuracy of the information you provide, and your interactions with other users. Sniff Radar does not guarantee the recovery of any pet.
To help protect community data and improve platform integrity, Sniff Radar may use security checks to identify compromised environments or modified devices. Access may be limited or terminated if a security risk is detected.
Sniff Radar is provided on an âas isâ and âas availableâ basis. We do not guarantee that alerts, chat, notifications, maps, geofencing, or any other features will always be accurate, complete, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sniff Radar is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from user content, user interactions, lost pets, found pets, delays, outages, or reliance on information shared through the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Sniff Radar after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
